The Application Process:
- Step one is the application
process.
Even though we have to collect all that paperwork,
we make it extremely easy for you to join the team. You have three
options. You can click here to join the team now, call us
at 1-800-297-0534, or visit one of our offices.
You can register at any time and place that's
convenient for you. We'll even take your complete application over
the phone. We'll
need copies of your certifications and other documents. Ask your
recruiter for a list of the documents we will need. Don't want to
come to the office? Mail in your documentation, and we'll FedEx
any forms to you for signatures.
- Step two is testing.
All our tests are
online so you can take them wherever and whenever you want
.
Just log on with your username and
password that your recuiter gives you and you will be directed to
the proper area of the site. Complete the tests all at once or a
little at a time. You will take a general medications test, and
another test in your area of specialty. Remember,
there is a bonus for nurses who complete
their application within 2 weeks of starting
them.
- Step Three is lab work.
Your
recruiter will handle arranging your lab work. After we have
checked your references and background, we can contact you when
jobs are available. Some of our nurses prefer not to be contacted,

Once you're registered, tell us what kind of
job you want. Exactly the kind of job you want. A single shift in a
small rural hospital? A 13-week contract in the ER of a cutting-edge
hospital? No problem. Our staffing coordinators are available
24/7 to help you find the job you want and the shift you want: per
diem, contract, or travel. Want to travel to Rhode Island? See
Florida or California in the summer? Work in Las Vegas or New
Orleans? We can help. Whether you want a single shift or a 13-week

Scheduling:
It's all up to
you. We have no mandatory shifts. You never have to
work another weekend or holiday if you choose. Tell us the schedule
you want. Alternately, we can contact you whenever jobs become
available in your area and specialty. Again - it's your choice.

Availability:
You can change
your availability online or on the phone. With one call to our
staffing coordinators, you can set your availability for a day, a
week, or a month. Or, use any computer to update your availablility
through the website.
Assignment reminders:
- Get directions beforehand so your commute will be stress-free.
- Ask what color scrubs to wear, or if you need any special
equipment.
- Doublecheck that you know where to go and who to ask for when
you arrive at the facility.
- Make sure you have the correct ID badge.
- Make sure you have a time sheet.
- Find out if you will report directly to your unit, or to the
Human Resources department, or will participate in an orientation.
- Arrive 15 minutes early so you will have a chance to look
around and become more familiar with the facility.
