In an effort to maintain margins in the recruitment industry where related costs such as advertising, communication and technology have skyrocketed, you will now have the benefit of choosing one of two placement fee options when requesting a search by Dow-Tech. The options are as follows:

Smart Pricing

In an effort to un-bundle the executive search process, our company is pleased to offer our services on a menu basis. These services are available to you when our expertise can add value to parts of the search process, without the cost and commitment associated with the standard pricing structure of an executive search practice. Contingency Agreement

The total fee for a contingency search is equal to thirty (30%) of the hired candidate's first year salary and guarantees. An invoice for the total amount due is sent upon a candidate's acceptance of a job offer by your company.

Discounted Engagement Agreement

The total fee for an engaged search is equal to twenty five percent (25%) of the hired candidate's first year salary and guarantees. A deposit of $3,000.00 per position is required to initiate the search. An invoice for the deposit is sent at the time the search is given to Dow-Tech with payment due upon receipt. An invoice for the balance due is sent upon a candidate's acceptance of a job offer by your company.
