UNBUNDLING OF SERVICES……SMART PRICING SOLUTION
In an effort to offer our clients various options
within executive search, we are unbundling the executive search process on a menu basis through our research division.
This unbundling is available to you when our expertise can add value
to specific parts of the search process while substantially reducing costs.
Level I
•Provide name generation by identifying
the top performers in competitor companies.
•Information is derived through sourcing names from targeted companies, our 12-year exclusive database, Internet recruiting and networking calls.
•An
output report will include each person’s name, title, company and work phone number.
•Verify all details to ensure information is current and accurate.
•$15 per person. (minimum of 40 people)
Level II
•Call all sourced candidates from output report in Level I and leave a professional voice mail message presenting the opportunity and informing the person to contact you directly.
•Voice mail message is customized.
•An output report will include the result of each voice mail message call.
•$20 per person
Level III
•Call all sourced candidates from output report
in Level I and leave a professional voice mail message presenting the opportunity and informing that person to contact Dow-Tech Associates directly.
•Voice mail message is customized.
•Field all returned calls from the voice mail message .
•Initiate additional calls to any individuals who did not return voice mail message.
•Each person contacted will undergo an initial screening
process based on his or her interest level and qualifications.
•A resume (when supplied) will also be provided of all interested/qualified people.
•An output report will include the result of each
call indicating those that are not interested/not qualified from those that are interested/qualified.

•$20 per person plus an additional $50 per
person if spoken to.
